What we collect
- Calculators and comparisons: what you type stays in your browser. It is not sent to us.
- Browser storage: the site remembers your cookie choice and whether you last used the UK or Australian pages. This stays on your device; see the cookie policy.
- Email: if you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. We use it only to reply.
- Quote requests: the quote form is not open yet, so the site does not collect quote requests at present.
- Analytics: no analytics service runs on the site at present. If we add one, it will load only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and we will update this page first.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. See Cloudflare’s own privacy policy for how it handles this data.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
Replying to your email is in our legitimate interests and yours. Any analytics would rely on your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your request, then delete them.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your details to suppliers or anyone else unless you ask us to for a specific supplier.
Your rights
In the UK you have rights under UK GDPR, including access, correction and deletion; you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). In Australia you have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth); you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
